CAST PARTY!

Wow. Exactly 2 months ago TODAY we had our very first rehearsal. And now it's over. Thanks for the beautiful memories everyone - I hope these are memories we'll all cherish. Now, let's end it with a bang!

PARTY SPECS
When: Wednesday, September 18 @ 7pm
Where: Parkinson House
            1908 N 2190 E, Sugar City (near Moody Highway)

ASSIGNMENTS
Please bring a small dessert/snack/treat for the party!
(If there's lots of members of your family in the show, you only need to contribute one dish for the whole family, not one dish per person...unless you feel so inclined!)

LOST AND FOUND
Did you forget something at the theater? Lost and Found items (water bottles, jewelry, clothing, etc.) will be available only at the cast party. After Wednesday they'll be taken to D.I.  If you know you're missing an item but won't be at the cast party, contact Kate @ 307-880-8540 so she knows not to toss it!

STILL WANT A CAST T-SHIRT?
We still have a few random sizes left. They're $1 a piece till they're gone. (If you never received your cast shirt, please contact Kate BEFORE the party on Wednesday)

Photos!

These are just the photos I have. Lots of people in the cast got plenty of phenomenal photos, so check with Julie Moss and other cast members if you'd like to see a larger selection. Thanks for a wonderful production full of great memories!  ~Kate

More Tie-Dye info...

  • If you didn't order a shirt but would still like to tie-dye, please bring a white shirt (or shorts, or apron, or whatever) and $5 on Saturday at 9 am. We also welcome visitors or friends, but the charge will be $5 per item tie-dyed.
  • For those who DID order shirts, your shirts will all be available for tie-dying on Saturday morning, and there is no additional charge to tie-dye.

Please bring:
1. ANY OLD NEWSPAPERS (the older the better so the ink doesn't rub off)
2. CLOTHES THAT CAN GET STAINED (we'll try not to spill, but tie-dye can get messy!)

Call/text Kate @ 307-880-8540 with questions.

UPDATE and pics!

UPDATE! Tonight we will be running scenes 1, 2, AND 3 in the JUNIOR HIGH BAND ROOM!!! These scenes require everyone except Pharaoh, Potiphar, Potiphar's wife. We'll let you go when we don't need you.

Also, we need to start COLLECTING COSTUMES!!! While the main characters' costumes are pretty well taken care of, we need you to bring your own costumes for Go Go Joseph and the Song of the King. You can also wear your CAST TIE DYE SHIRT! See previous post "the Amazing Technicolor Cast!" for more info - payment is due by this Saturday if you want a cast tie-dye shirt.

Here's a few ideas for the Go Go Joseph scene (bright 70's fashion):

(and please try to keep everything modest for this family-friendly show... if we don't feel comfortable with your costume, we'll ask you to find something else)

...and the Amazing Technicolored Cast!

Dear Cast,

We've decided that as a cast we will be investing in TIE-DYE SHIRTS for this show. These shirts will be the required costumes for the Children's Choir and a great keepsake for all cast members once the show is over!

We're ordering white shirts with our logo and performance dates, and then we will have a
CAST TIE-DYE PARTY on SATURDAY, AUGUST 31ST.

The cost is $10 per shirt - this will include the cost of printing and tie-dye supplies as well.
For families, the cost is $10 each for the first 2 shirts, $5 for each additional shirt.

**Please turn in $$ and Size Requests to Kate at rehearsal. Deadline is Saturday, August 17.

Here's a video to help you get excited:
